All MG Studio collectible figures are handmade and/or made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact MG Studio support with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, replacement of the item, repair, or a refund when appropriate.
Please contact us before taking any action with a damaged or defective item.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
